Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

Service Availability: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary disruptions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date and notify users where required.

Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue using our Services and cancel your account.
